President and Owner - Mart D. Ratliff
Mart Ratliff founded BRZ Services Inc., on August 28, 2007. He has been the President and has served as a Director since our founding. Before founding BRZ Services, Inc. and purchasing a The Maids Home Services franchise, he was with AT&T from 1998 to 2007, where he quickly rose through the ranks and held the following positions: Technical Manager, Sr. Technical Manager, Area Manager, and Senior Project Manager. These positions encompassed a variety of departments leading to a diverse background of knowledge for Mart to draw upon. These include Product Management, Product Development, Product Deployment Strategy, Lifecycle Management and Support, Technical Training, Technical Support, Call Center Management, Process Improvement, System Design and Implementation, and Data Analysis.
He created systems that streamlined operations in the technical support center and allowed for rapid expansion of his division. His direct management experience is varied, ranging from a team of 75 technicians to 8 low to mid-level Managers as direct reports. Mart earned his degree in Electronics Technology in 1998 graduating Magna Cum Laude and representing his class as valedictorian. Prior to receiving his degree, Mart served in the United States Army while deploying on four tours of combat duty. Mart & his wife Cindy are active members of the community, making regular visits to the Ronald McDonald House in support of families with children being treated at the Cook Children’s Hospital. Mart has also served as a board member for a national non-profit organization that educates the community on responsible dog ownership and is still actively involved in the organization. Mart’s goal is to use these skills to provide the top quality service that every customer expects and deserves for years to come.
Operation Manager- Alicia Peters
Alicia has spent the past five years working her way through the ranks at The Maids of Ft. Worth. Today as our operations manager, she reminisces about the days when she was a team leader and all of the wonderful customers to get a chance to know. Alicia’s promotion to field manager was a wonderful opportunity for her to share her knowledge and skills with the other members of The Maids of Ft. Worth, which helped us grow while still providing the exceptional level of service our customers have come to expect. Alicia now has the knowledge and experience to hire and set the schedule for our numerous teams. She prides herself in working closely with our customers on all requests.
